If you access the Web Site from outside of the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. This Agreement is governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of New Jersey, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term of any other term. The Company may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended Terms and Conditions on the Web Site and the effective date of any such amendment will be the date on which the amended Terms and Conditions is so posted on the Web Site.
Section 14. Product Images.
This Web Site try’s to portray the product images as closely to manufacturers images. If these images are not of high quality substitute images will be used to portray the said product. At no time will a customer be given or sold the product that the represented image if it is not correct.
